Made from high-purity resins and molded using state-of-the-art processes; safe alternative to glass without sacrificing accuracy. Filter device is made from copolymer styrene/butadiene, and the membrane is made from low binding regenerated cellulose, and the filtrate tube is made from polypropylene. Features: 1) High Retentate Recovery: >90%, high recovery regenerated cellulose membrane in a range of molecular weight cut-offs. Hydrophobic, biologically inert surface for good cell or protein recovery. 2) High Quanlity Material: 15mL conical centrifuge tubes with High purity PP Material and Max.RCF: 9,400, it can Autoclavable at 121℃ and freezable to -80℃ , stable from -80°C to +121°C (-112°F to +250°F). [PP = polypropylene, PET = polyethylene terephthalate, RCF = relative centrifugal force (x g).] 3) Lake Proof: 15mL centrifuge tubes have longer length screw caps, which is used to prevent sample leakage and it smooth, flat inner surface, no residual solution. Nonpyrogenic, endotoxin tested (0.5 EU/mL), DNase/RNase free. Each individual lot is certified for quality and purity. 5) Easy Read: Printed with evenly spaced black graduations to enhance readability without losing precision. Plastic centrifuge tubes easy-to-read black graduations are accurate to ±2%, start at 2mL, 1mL increments, white writing area resists solvents. 6) Writing Area: 15mL conical tubes With a large unerasable frosting white printed writing area provide easy and legible mark. Large white marking area makes labeling samples easy. Both the graduations and writing areas are chloroform-resistant. 7) Application: Conical Centrifuge Tubes are ideal for cell centrifugation; pelleting; separation by density gradients. Suitable for molecular biology applications including concentrating bacteria for DNA isolation, purification and precipitation of nucleic acids; sample storage (ambient temperature to -80°C); and centrifugation of precipitates. Resistant to alcohols and mild organic solvents (not recommended for extraction procedures).
